Pupi operates on a fair, one-pet-per-user system to ensure every community member gets an equal opportunity to participate in our digital ecosystem.

⚠️ IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS
• One pet per X (Twitter) account - strictly enforced
• Account must be verified through social interaction
• Claiming requires active X account with posting history
• System tracks IP addresses to prevent multi-account abuse

3. Account must be at least 30 days old
4. No previous claims detected in our blockchain ledger
